Bayou St. John Bed & Breakfast

Bayou St John Bed and Breakfast is a 150-year-old Victorian home located on historic Bayou St John (in the beautiful Faubourg St John).  Guests are within walking distance of City Park, the Botanical Gardens, the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Fairgrounds Race Track (home of JAZZ FEST and the second oldest racetrack in America), several of the city's most popular restaurants (Lola's Spanish Tapas, Cafe Degas French Bistro, Santa Fe upscale Mexican, Nonna Mia Pizzeria), and the Canal Streetcar line.  New Orleans most famous attraction, the French Quarter, (Vieux Carre), is a short car or streetcar ride away.  We feature two rooms.  The French Blue Laplace Room features a King size bed, antique furniture, and opens onto the front gallery overlooking the bayou.  The sunny Chinese Yellow Villeneuve Room features a Queen bed and opens onto a patio, which overlooks the bayou.  Both rooms feature a private entrance, private full bath, television, and individually controlled heat and cooling.
